To use our Mail-in
services just follow these easy instructions.
1. Prepare your frames
Be certain
to properly protect your glasses for shipping, our suggestions are:

your frames with a cleaning cloth or tissue. |

Place
the frames into one of your hard case protectors or wrap them with bubble wrap. |

Ship
the protected frames in a small box or padded envelope. |

3. Shipping options

sending your frames through your preferred carrier, we recommend that you send
them certified and insured properly as we can not be responsible for items lost
in transit. |

receipt of your frames, we will contact you to discuss the repairs, quote the
price, and obtain your approval to do the work. |
